Em’s family came over to have a New Years Brunch today. It was a lot of fun, the food was great, we all played around on the Wii, and all the dogs got to get aquainted with each other (Cooper’s idea of “getting aquainted” apparently involves barreling into the other dog like a freight train…) Thanks for the fun morning guys!
My parents got an adorable Sheltie puppy a week ago. They named him Griffin and he is a lot of fun! He is the perect dog for them.
So Emily and I went on what was supposed to be a quick, fun shopping trip today that ended up being half an hour of looking for a parking spot, fighting our way through huge crowds, way too much driving, and not finding much of anything that we were looking for.
BUT!
Emily DID get this hat. I think you’ll agree with me when I say: “Cutest. Hat. EVER!”
So totally worth it!
This Christmas was filled with love, laughter and fun! We hope it was a wonderful season for everyone! Here’s some random shots of us with friends, family (of the two and four-legged variety!)
We did a photo shoot today up Millcreek Canyon with a great photographer named Josh Blumental. It was a lot of fun, and he was great with us and especially with Cooper, who was totally overstimulated by the canyon scenery! He obviously knows exactly how to work with dogs and get some great shots even when the pooch isn’t paying attention at all 
Looking forward to seeing the proofs, I think they’ll turn out great!
The first snow storm of the year on October 12th. Cooper absolutely loves the snow!!!!! We, on the other hand, were not ready to see any!
I love Fall. This will be our first Halloween in our new house. Last year we had fun going to get pumpkins with my parents. I hope we will actually have trick or teaters this year. These are pictures from last year.

It’s been a while since we updated, mostly because we left our camera at a party and it took a while to get it back, but we wanted to post again with come exciting news! Say hello to Cooper! The newest member of the Jones family!
Cooper is a 1 yr old Dachshund, Shepherd mix, though he definatly leans more towards the Dachshund side. We adopted him today from Tenderheart Techs Pet Alliance after Emily found him online. As soon as we saw him at the store (they were running an adoption at PetSmart) we both knew that he was the one for us! He’s very sweet and playful, and has been having a great time exploring his new home, trying to figure out the dog door, and checking out our birds He’s so excited that we can barely get him to hold still long enough for a picture! We hope you can all come by to meet him soon!
